i think i'll stay on my schilke C7 horn from now on, mostly with a 3c or giardinelli screw-rim 6. but i would like your input regarding a special C-trpt mouthpiece.

Well..............Just a few days ago I reached down into the mouthpiece bag, and came up with a couple Kanstul M series mouthpieces. The M-B4S for the Bb, and the M-C4S P for the C. They are very comfortable mouthpieces. They are not interchangeable. The B4S is terrible on the C.
I have never played the real McCoy Monette mouthpiece, all I can say is I really like these Kanstul approximations.
Bach had the right idea about different mouthpieces for the higher horns, The E cup mouthpiece works best with my 304 Eb, but I am liking the C4S a lot.
HELP......... I THINK I HAVE CONTRACTED THE MOUTHPIECE VIRUS!!!!!!!!
AGAIN
