I think that if you fail a certain test for stupidity that you shouldn't be allowed to sue. How can you plunk your butt down on a seat that has glue on it? I mean seriously, when you need to do numero dos in a public restroom, don't you at least check the danged seat?
I DO! I would have thought someone yelling about being glued to the toilet was a joke too.
