I haven't seen anything like that go on since I have been in the Army. Since I already own two Eclipses I think that it's only fair to leave my Army issued Eclipse for someone else to enjoy when I depart the Army.
As far as us buying US made equipment, I don't care where the horns are made as long as they are the best.
