He was french, correct? So when he writes Tu Ku when describing tounging would he actually mean the pronounciation "Tsu Ku"?

Eric S. | I've read in a foot note that "tu ku" French-like is not "tu ku" but rather "tew kew" which is closer to "tee kee" (ie like a flautist would tongue).
