| I've been listening to a lot of Clifford Brown (the Strings album has so much emotion in it) and Don Ellis (thankfully almost all of his albums have been reissued now). What a mind! Also put in a Lou Rawls cd on the machine at a friend's house and found some great solos by Bud Brisbois (oh, my god!!!).
