Alex Yates has a little shameless behaviour in the past
It really depends how much you will be using it. I don't think the Altieri's offer enough protection. I know someone who was wearing their's backpack style and fell back onto a bus seat when it suddenly accelerated. Needless to say, his horns were damaged from the weight of his body pushing against the seat.

I would definitely go for a quad case. I have a Wolfpak and it has served me well for 12 years. It has been used a lot on airplanes, etc. and I have never had a problem. I am now looking for a luggage store to repair the zipper and spif it up a bit. I am also going to refresh the foam on the inside. I know there are many quads out there these days, so you should have no problem finding one you like.
