This is from their website: "If anything goes wrong with your case we will pay for postage and package both ways as well as the repair. We will also happily overhaul any case for free with the customer paying P & P."

It really is a wonderful case that is strong enough to even go on a plane's cargo hole but it is so small, even the double and triple case, that you will have no problem taking it on the plane with you. They also have worldclass service. When I bought mine I was going to Europe on a gig and was concerned about getting it in time. Due to a delay in materials at the time, Howard called me to tell me not to worry and he would make sure and get it to me asap at his expense in plenty of time. When it was finished he overnighted it from England to Texas! Needless to say I was impressed. Hand craftmenship and service is a hallmark of this comany and you will not go wrong if you should chose to go with them. I hope this helps.
