| FYI - The Bach "B cup mouthieces" have different rim shapes as well.
To me they feel rounder than those on the "C cup mouthpieces".
I think the new way to describe this is that the Bs have higher alpha angles.
The feel is much different on your face. I have owned a 3B and a 1 1/2B, and both of them surprised me in terms of the endurance problems they gave.
Mark Curry has a set of mouthpieces labeled "BC", with deep B cups and C rims that are flatter. I have two of these, and I like his hybrid.
