I woke up this morning to -29C... which is -20.2 w/o windchill. Just east of here they have -48C with windchill... -54.4 F. Heard the furnace run in the middle of the night for the first time this winter. It's supposed to be +10 C (50F) by the middle of the week.
This'll kill the flue germs! (Now if I could just remember where I hid my caribou-hide parka).
Mrs. tried to put a sweater (one she'd bought at Goodwill) on the dog this morning before she sent him outside.... funny as hell. He didn't grasp the concept of putting his "arms" in the sleeves! Finally went out nekkid but sure didn't take long.
Anybody interested in a cryo for their horn? SASE please... and I might try a toot on it just to make sure it works after.
