| Finale should set this up automatically for you. In any event, when you are using Speedy Note Entry, you need to be sure that you have told the computer to accept input from a midi device. You do this by checking the option under the Speedy Note Entry from the drop down.
As far as play back, you need to set that up, I believe, through midi. The help files with Finale are very good and should be able to explain in detail how to do this. MakeMusic.com should also have some explainations. |
