I have Max Sommerhalder's edition of the Boehme Brass Sextet (Trumpet Sextet) in Eb minor, op.30 in my office at CalArts. Max (Giuliano's father) has edited and published all of the Boehme works with Editions Marc Reift.
It's scored for 1) cornet in Bb, 2) Trumpet in Bb, 3) Trumpet 2 in Bb, 4) Bass Trumpet in Eb or C (or alto horn in Eb/horn in F), 5) Trombone, 6) Tuba
I'm sure that this is accurate.
