The new long model works very well, it's not as bright as the Schilke, and very in tune- a very fine trumpet. If you want one ,get it fast.
I use a Bach 7DW with my Schilke and it works very well. Also try the Bach 7EW and 7E, Schilke 11A, Laskey piccolo. Cornet shank.
