For those of you that like this kind of thing, there's a great DVD of Shostakovich 5 of that Bernstein concert taped in Tokyo in 1979. It features a young Phil Smith who sounds amazing, and is part of this set:

I don't think this concert is available separately, but the box is very much worth having. It also has a Tchaik 6 featuring Gerry Schwarz, a Berlioz Requiem with the National Orchestra of France, Beethoven with Vienna, and many others.
