Markus has many recordings of his improvisations on his .25 tone flugelhorn. You can find them on his website.
As for "quater tone pieces" there are many that have quarter tones in them (Scelsi's QUATTRO PEZZI, Friedman's SOLUS, and many others come to mind), but I wouldn't call them quarter tone pieces. Perhaps Erickson's KRYL, but the trick there is to be able to sing precise pitches in falsetto, not the quarter tones. It is loaded micro-tonally, however, and very entertaining.
