The Ajna II in the old standard mode, pre-Prana is a very rich and creamy sound that achieves as much brilliance as the player demands. It's what I'm playing on the Copland 3 album and the Bernstein album also with Eiji Oue, our music director at the time.

The Prana I has as much physical impact in a lighter instrument and a tremendous clarity and presence. Surprising in a lighter instrument. The Prana 3 is still richer with the same qualities as the I.

Those are my subjective opinions. Someone else may have a different take.
