You can find the music in Ed Tarr's The Art of Baroque Trumpet Playing Volume II, Method of Ensemble Playing. Schott, ED8839

It's listed as "Anonymous, Duets from the Este Court in Modena" (p.70)
The theme dates c.1690 (this is the pre-Maynard version!)
