There is a procedure for creating male genitals for women (Adedichtomy? Too funny!) but I'm not sure how it works. I am sure that the person with the new genitals would not be able to function sexually without the aid of, er, prosthetics.
This sort of thing is why I firmly believe that sex changes are never correct. |
