Playing the best music in the world, on the best instrument in the orchestra, with massively talented musicians all around. Plus directing the orchestra from time to time and working with talented, motivated young people.
Which orchestra isn't particularly important to me, but my first picks would be the Hallé Orchestra or the LSO.
