That is correct that it is from Frog Peakhttp://www.frogpeak.org

I ordered it a few months ago along with K.Gaburo's Mouth-piece since there is something going on with Lingua Press. I don't remember what but they seem to be heading toward the land of out-of-print. I also picked a few other things. I don't recall if we ever talked about the Richard's piece. But, I think I will have to pick your brain when I get to that it. It looks pretty complex.
