Ernest Hall wrote a couple orchestral excerpts books.
Gil Johnson wrote a book of Twentieth Century orchestral excerpts.
Paolo Longinotti wrote a book of etudes.
Don't forget Louis Davidson's books.
Wasn't Raymond Sabarich a principal player in on of the Paris orchestras?

That's all I can come up with for now.
