| unfortunately here in Indy we have had several cases where a person or persons have been pulling over women and posing as police. They then either sexually exploit [rape] and or rob them. It is way to easy to buy lights and uniforms. this makes it hard for the real police to do their job because women are afraid to pull over because they are not sure if the policeman is real or not.
