Thanks for your help. I'm deffinatly going to work on the "laser-like" sound and compression that was mentioned, and I'll run down to the music store this weekend to check out some shallower mouth pieces. Right now I'm playing on a Bach 1 1/2 C with a Holton MF trumpet.

Any mouthpiece suggestions?
