You'll get a dozen guys here all with different opinions, so I'll jump in too. I play a 3B for legit work and an Allen Vizzutti Marcinkiewicz for lead. The rim feels slightly bigger than my 3 rim. It has a lot of bite and the sound could melt steel. It makes playing high and loud a lot easier. I don't feel dead after a 4 hour job blowing lead anymore.
