I can't imagine how difficult it makes the job of law enforcement to deal with two things:
These stupid overly tinted windows and
the even stupider selections of vanity and design license plates law enforcement has to be able to identify in one fleeting moment! I'm not talking about what's written on the plates. Rather, the backgrounds that seem to be legion in their design variations. 40cal, how many different background designs in Minnesota alone are there? At least five, no? And that's just one state, never mind whatever they're doing in the five-state area we live in.
