I wish I could afford the best C trumpet I've ever played. At ITG, I tooted on
a Thein MH-1 C trumpet (w/#13 interchangeable leadpipe) that was the easiest
blowin', best respondin', most in-tune C I've ever touched. If I had a spare
$7000-$8000 to drop, I'd order one of those along with the Thein Bb/A/G picc
from Newell Sheridan (BEST picc I've ever touched and I've touched just about
all of them).
