Thanks for the compliment (on the other thread). That horn's a beauty and in great shape, but it plays like.......a really nice 130 year old horn. Stuffy, no dynamic range, certain notes way out of tune, etc. Playing it with our band is an exercise in alternate fingerings and lipping - and my horn is probably the best in the group!

Hello Roy - thanks for the welcome. I played in the Huntsville Symphony from 1983-1987. That was enough!
