Any ideas on this one? It dates to 1962. From research I've done the 1st slide lever is the same as used in the opera model. This horn does not appear to have been messed with, it looks new but not redone or worked on, I'm thinking it was ordered from the factory this way. Anyone?

By the way it's an Olds recording.
