| There was a time about 3 years ago wherein I had to go to the doctor on a regular basis and then to a physical therapist for long treatment of back pain. The physical therapist suggested that I go swimming as a treatment and strengthening endeavor. Since then, I have been going swimming almost everyday and feel great. The visits to the doctor and physical therapist are gone.
I also once in awhile do Pilates and just 20 minutes of that will be enough. They say if there is not pain, there is no gain. Some days, I prefer to have no gain.
In terms of diet, my I suggest that you all want to really feel good, strong and very much healthy, to drink wheat grass juice.
