Dealers have been known to charge $200 even though they barely do anything that isn't a standard oil change and a good look at your car.

In Michigan they are supposed to give you the old parts back unless you tell them that you don't want them. You don't want the old oil and filter back but those items are easy enough to check to make sure they're new.
