| I just want to clairfy my previous posting.
The only way I would buy a new horn untested is if there is a return policy. I would not want to take the loss of trying to sell a brand new "used" horn. If you buy a new horn, then try and resell it, you will suffer the initial depreciation, not unlike selling a brand new car after you drive it off the dealer's lot.
Buying used, I can make my own decision as to potential loss in the event I have to resell it. If I am buying it at a fair market price, I should be able to resell it for about the same amount.
