I lived in downtown Montreal for a year or so and then on the South Shore for about four years... great place (and the skiing isn't bad although I gotta say the Rockies are better!)
I'll strongly recommend you get in touch with Bruce Lee regarding GR; I went through exactly what you are going through until I landed on GR. I've now been using exactly the same mouthpiece for 3 years and have no desire to change. Do the survey, email Bruce, even set up an "online chat" with Bruce and I know he'll be able to recommend something that works for you.
