Charlie Vernon is in town doing masterclasses at ASU mostly during the day. On Friday, he's doing an evening masterclass/recital starting at 7:30 P.M. in the recital hall E-510. It will last for several hrs. I went there Tuesday afternoon and it was great. Talked to him some afterwards and it was just like old times again. I hope you have a chance to hear him. Talking about finding the center and getting around all over the horn w/ absolute ease. All very much in the vein of Arnold Jacobs.
