A dent in the valve casing will freeze up a valve, and your only good choice is a repaiman, and it probably won't be cheap. Maybe, just maybe, your second valve slide got moved and is putting pressure on the valve, and maybe, just maybe you can push on the slide and free up the valve.

For your first valve slide you might try the following:

1. Clean off the slide, dry it, and rub the inner slide(s) with a pencil to mark it. (the slide should look darker).

2. Put it back in the horn, work it in and out for a while, then remove.

3. Look for shiny spots, indicating where the wear is. Try to re-align the slides.

This is the cheap and easy Vulgano method, but if your school has insurance, they might be able to pay for the whole thing.
