| Found it. Highlight the track/area, and click "Effects" menu. Under effects, go to Restoration and select "Hiss Reduction". Select on the right side of the window either standard, low or high hiss reduction. Set your noise floor, and be sure to preview. You could be editing out desirable overtones if you go too far.
