| Richard, (and mods and others); I've noticed that so far, MOST of the porn ends up in the jazz forum. Now, I don't know if that's a commentary on jazz players in general or not (there was a spam in Manny's forum too... closet jazz player?).
The frequency has shot up dramatically in the last few days also. I wonder if a "waiting period" to gain membership might slow them down a bit? Or are they getting past the membership system entirely?
Still, I think that if a larger part of the membership base had rights to blow spammers out of the water we'd be much better off.
(I'm getting more spam in my email as well...luckily my ISP has a spam blocker and I don't even see 90% of it). |
