The - marks are always between the + and 0 marks except for sequential eighth notes (two measures before H and two measures before I). They even appear over eighth note rests after G and I. [D is the key change to Eb. E is the key change back to Bb 16 bars later, F, G, H, and I all follow in 8 bar increments with the end of the song 8 bars after I].
Logic makes me think that Dale's response of the - being a transition mark is probably correct, but logic has left me stranded before.
I've seen the GM band in concert twice in the last year, and I know that they do alot of choreographed moves with the derbys, but just can't decipher what is required here.
