| Gubaidulina also has a piece for two trumpets and piano titled 'Two Ballads.' The Augusta Read Thomas Sonata is (interestingly enough) for solo trumpet without piano.
There is also a wonderful piece by Japanese female composer named Rica Narimoto for solo trumpet titled "Cloud, the Gravestone in the Sky." It was inspired by a vision she had of a cloud outside her window while she was staying in Kyoto.
HyeKyung Lee wrote an interesting piece called 'Frenetic Dream' for trumpet and piano.
