For those that don't know - Joe hosted a SUPERB ITG conference in 2005 that ranks as one of the finest conferences I have attended - made even better by the great social atmosphere that could be found in the bars, as the top pros were drinking alongside the rest of us (rather than being hosted somewhere away from the conference site).
