Lee, you found yourself a great trumpet. I have a 1948 22B and I love it (actually, I wish I had found this one.... )

Marc, I am happy someone found my thing on valves useful. I suspect there are LOTS of Conn cornets and trumpets out there that could benefit greatly from a proper alignment. And it is really not difficult, you can do it yourself with the right cork and or felts.
