You can probably take care of it yourself with some white vinegar. Put a cork in the leadpipe, fill it with vinegar and let it sit for 20 min. or so, run a snake through it and the lumps should come out. If they don't, repeat. Vinegar is mildly acidic, it does the same thing as an acid bath but with a much lower strength.
