The 700 Special and Capri are very similar. Depending on how old your 700SP is, they could be a lot alike. A while back we changed the design of the 700SP to utilize a seamless bell rather than a two piece bell design. If you have an older, two piece bell version the you'll probably find that the Capri is very similar.
I'd suggest you look into a used 900 too. I would rather you bought a new one, but if money is an issue you're better off with a used one. You can find some decent horns on ebay for a little more than they are asking for the Capri and usually they are in play ready shape.
