Kind of on-subject, but one of my friends at CU recently got an Edwards bass trombone as his National Guard instrument. You wanna talk about a BELL on a horn, the darned thing is about the size of a chimbasso. Its a horn that maims and destroys, lol.

I especially like how the Edwards site goes into how you want the bell softened as an option. Thats some horn customization right there.
