I have a PDF version from the library of congress online that says it's revised and compiled by T.H. Rollinson and published by JW Pepper - interestingly, it was edited to be shorter and less expensive and claims to be the only edition available in the US.... I would assume that it was the first one available here in the states - maybe Leduc did the first one....
