Hi Mr Royal Lancer,
actually the published measurements do not reflect the "feel" of the mouthpiece. The B4 "feels" like the Yamaha 14/Bach 3c in size except that it has a bigger sound and I think the high range is much, much easier. The "feel" has something to do with the rim shapes.
Ordering a Prana as your first Monette mouthpiece means that you will need to do some healthy relaxing to get used to it. Read Monettes' web pages on body use and memorize them. That approach is critical to success!
