New conductor announced this to the audience last night in a surprise move as I thought we had no more concerts till June due to a commitment to work with a choir.
It appears he seems happy to let the brass section loose on these sort of very exposed parts.
Its going to be fun anyway.
I have never done this one other than in Denis Wright's brass band transcription.
