Tom, probably you are right...I used to bring the trumpet case (MB 4 trumpet case, which is quite big, but nevermind) on stage in order to put the horn on it. I will probably start doing it again as it seems the best possible solution, though it probably does not look very well. Towell is a good idea, but the stage is quite old and dusty, so I will have to bring a new towell every working day
