If you have these problems in the 10th grade, I hate to think what college will be like!
All kidding aside, you need a kick@ss teacher. This is not stuff that should be handled alone, it would get even more analytical. There is as much psychological as mechanical, so I really can't tell you where to start over the internet - your teacher should!
In any case, lighten up, music is supposed to be fun - even if it is hard work!
