I actually meant methods including video demonstraions...I know quite of few books having play alongs like Jim Thompson's which is a very good tool, but mainly my interest is for really multimedia (not only audio but video as well). As far as approach to teaching is concerned it seems very useful (but expensive to me for the moment) to record lessons on video both for the teacher's record and pupil's instruction...
