I started recording myself about 6 months ago and I can't even begin to tell you the improvment it has made in my playing. I've actually grown more in the last week than I have in the last year chops wise. I am noticing my articulation is a lot better since recording just like the rest of you are mentioning.
This is a great idea.... trent was right on the money
