If you are not taking lessons - might give it a try. Restarting with good habits is helpful. Ask other trumpeters who they use - and listen to how they play.

When I restarted my wife suggested that if I was going to continue to embarrass myself on that horn (also a Getzen) I might as well get lessons. I still embarrass her I think.
